Dominic Le Moignan | Executive Director

Dominic is one of GovRisk’s founding Directors and works mainly on anti-corruption, trade facilitation, business and sports integrity, justice reform, and private sector initiatives. He has extensive country experience across Latin America, Africa, and Europe, as well as a recent focus on SouthEast Asia.

Over the decade of leading GovRisk’s strategy, business development, and programmes, Dominic has established himself as a subject-matter expert and a member of a range of specialist fora. His trade guidance has been published on the Department for International Trade (DIT) website for UK exporters, where he co-edited the content and managed the expert panel. Dominic regularly speaks at events on how to achieve impact in Anti-Corruption projects, business integrity, and trade facilitation. He has given both written and verbal evidence before the House of Lords in the Bribery Act review, and is a member of the faculty at the Financial Integrity department at Case Western University.

Dominic holds a BA in Politics and Law from the University of Leeds.
