Gracia Torres-Basanta | Project Manager - Latin America

Gracia joined GovRisk in July 2022 as a Project Manager for the company’s Latin American portfolio. She manages a number of donor-funded programmes across the region working on issues including transparency, public accountability and financial crime prevention. She is currently coordinating project work in Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Peru.

Gracia has previous experience working on EU-funded international development projects where she specialised in Monitoring and Evaluation, and has also worked alongside European Institutions in the fields of European connectivity, sustainable energy and climate change.

She holds an MSc from Durham University in Defence, Development & Diplomacy as well as a BA from Aberystwyth University in International Politics & International History. She is trilingual in English, Spanish and French.
